Very good food and decent service. I ordered a combination nachos and the ground beef was more like finely chopped steak.

Service has changed dramatically in the past few years since they have added the full bar, the quality of food has went down. Lack of freshness especially on drive thru and pickup orders. So disappointed...

This restaurant deserves 10s across the board! The guy working the register at the front door greeted us immediately and was very friendly. Our waitress was upbeat and kept our drinks full. The establishment was nice and clean. Last but not least the food was outstanding! Everything we ate had very good authentic flavors and taste very good! I will definitely have to come again when I'm near by!

Awesome service, awesome food, and my youngest loves I mean loves their cheese and chips. Tortillas are great. We went on a Thursday night didn't know it was karaoke so we at away only cause husband didn't like all the loudness.

Service was fast, accurate and polite. The food was AMAZING!! The decor was very cozy and Beautiful! Great place, we will definitely eat here again!

Great food, looked like fresh ingredients as best I could tell, two salsas (mild and one with good heat, margaritas are tasty, guacamole made at your table us fresh, creamy and goes down great, service was very good, servers and staff were attentive to the customer, recently renovated and expanded (2 months ago). Will be going back. It could hold it's own against and come out better than restaurants in much larger cities.

I love this place. Great atmosphere, and they have put in a lot of work. I used to go here when no when the bar wass on yhe other side.

This place has the best food

Newly remodeled on the inside. Great atmosphere. Clean bathrooms. Food is good and not overpriced. 6.99 lunch specail comes with free chip, salsa, and queso.

New renovation is amazing, Attentive and friendly staff. Its reasonably priced. Highly recommend the molcajete !

The restaurant is beautifully decorated. It is lively and colorful. Very clean. Lots of staff even at an off time of the day. The food was good. Tortillas are homemade and taste excellent. My meal came fast but was quite cold. It was warmed up at my request and tasted fine. My husband did not care for his meal at all. My children's meals were quite good sized and they enjoyed them.

Service was great and the food was even better. Definitely will be back!

Delicious food friendly staff and are fairly fast

I ordered 4 beef enchiladas, I asked for double beans. What did i get... 4 tortillas rolled over a teaspoon of beef, a salad ( which I said I didn't want), rice (also said I didnt want), a maybe a teaspoon of bean . Lol what a JOKE!!!!!! This cost 16.00 dollars. When I called back they didnt care. Will never go back!! You get more for your money at Taco Bell. I was the ONLY customer there!! But they were too stupid to get 1 order correct!!Wi

I am going to miss Mexia Texas, i love my Steak, it was cooked perfectly, shrimp got there late and was a bit cold but i didn't mine because that 16oz Ribeye was delicious, ty Yesi and all the cooks

Decent Mexican. Enchiladas are good, refried beans had good flavor. Rice was a bit dry. Fajitas were hot with good flavor and generous portions. Service was fast and attentive.

We love this place, the mango margaritas are fantastic! And the staff are so friendly. We highly recommend it. ❤😁

The food is generally good. Prices are not inflated. Service is good. Not excellent, but pretty good.

Went last night . We have been going there for years . We were told a certain price for a drink and was charged a much larger price . The service was terrible . We have been loyal customers and were treated terrible . Was told our waiter could not have quoted us the price he did and he DID. And then I called to talk to owner and she was not in the least bit interested to hear what I had to say . Sad that you would lose a customer to a price of a drink , it’s not good business. We won’t be back and I have told MANY friends how great it was. They should remember “ the customer is always right.” We have been customers even before they expanded .. when they were trying to make it ... they made it because of loyal customers . I guess now they don’t need those customers . They should remember “ nothing last forever .” God Bless

I love really good Mexican food and this place offers that. There are times when service is slow but the cold beverages make up for it.

Do not even eat here they will Overcharge your account So basically want to wait or did he put all my take a five dollar tip and I left no tip so he basically had a credit card fraud I recommend everybody not to eat there

It was good. Mix up on the teas and waitress recognized I had Spanish blood and began speaking it. Unfortunately my husband couldn't understand us and got a little 'miffed.'The seats were hard and uncomfortable.

The food is good but I don't speak Spanish and it seems like that's all the wait staff speak.My uncle and I waited over 1 hour for two dishes.They only gave us oneI took a deep breath and let it go, thought you know what I'll order a margarita.Bad ideaI think she gave me a old one. It was totally thawed out!!

Totally surprised to find this in Mexia. Homemade tortillas were light, tasty, top 5 tortillas in my experience. Carne Guisada very good... The decor is a subdued rainforest Cafe... Different... Service was good, food fast. Really excellent. Maybe 5 stars, except for the fork on the floor that the staff stepped around for 35 minutes.
